Dear WCC and LCC members,

The AIA/APA annual meeting is quickly approaching, and we still need you
to spare a bit of your time to staff our exhibit table!  Please e-mail
me at tedgellar at gmail.com <mailto:tedgellar at gmail.com> with a slot or
two from the list below when you'd be willing to help us out!

         Thursday 8 January
             2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
             5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

         Friday 9 January
             2:00 p.m. -  3:30 p.m.
             3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

         Saturday 10 January
             11:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
             2:00 p.m. -  3:30 p.m.
             3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. =====> a short half-hour slot!

         Sunday 11 January
             9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
